Carrot-spelt-buns (approximately 15 buns)
25 g yeast
5 dl water
200 g speltkernels (unboiled)
200 g fromage frais
10 g salt
2 carrots
1 dl sesame seeds
50 g poppy seeds
150 g wholegrain wheat flour
270 g wholegrain spelt flour
270 g wheat flour

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add the speltkernels, fromage frais, grated carrots,
sesame seeds, and poppy seeds and mix it well together. Add the wholegrain flour and then
the wheat flour. If you have a mixer, you can mix it for 5 minutes at medium speed. If not,
you should knead the dough for 10 minutes. Let the dough rise for 1,5-2 hours.
Preheat the oven at 180°C and form 15 buns. Bake the buns for approximately 30 minutes .
