Mini pizzas with potatoes and rosemary

Mini pizzas with potatoes and rosemary (4-6 servings)

1 Madame Butterfly breadmix for organic spelt pizza
250 g fresh mozzarella cut into thin slices
250 g boiled potatoes cut into thin slices
1 tbs. fresh or dried rosemary
2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the dough as indicated on the box. make the dough into 8-10 small pizzas. Put slices of mozzarella and potato onto the pizzas, sprinkle with rosemary adn bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 °C. Pour a little extra virgin olive oil onto the pizzas when they are fresh out of the oven. Serve right away.
