Ølandsfalafler (4 pers.)
300 g ølands wheat kernels soaked in cold water over night (becomes about 500 g)
2 eggs
50 g parmesan in small cubes
2 handfulls of chopped basil
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
100 g white cabbage
100 g wholegrain wheat flour
3g salt
40 g oil for frying

Put all the ingredients in a foodprocessor and let it run for 4-5 minutes until it has become a
homogeneous dough. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil at a time. Make small balls of dough
and fry them 3-5 minutes on each side.Make small balls of dough and fry them 3-5 minutes on each
side. Serve with salad or ølands-tabbouleh.
