Orange ice cream with cantuccini

Orange ice cream with cantuccini, 4 persons

Juice from 5-6 oranges
Finely grated orange peel from 2 organic oranges
250 ml water
300 g sugar
2 sheets of gelatin
8 Madame Butterfly cantuccini

Bring water and sugar to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add the orange juice and orange peel. Add the dissolved gelatin and stir. Pour it into a container and put it into the freezer. Stir once in a while to avoid that the ice cream becomes flaky. Before serving bland or stir the ice cream. Decorate with crushed cantuccini and long orange peels.
