Pitabread with filling

Pitabread with filling (2 servings)

4 pcs. Madame Butterfly Organic wholegrain pita Bread

500g sweet potato

200g cabbage

2 apples

2 chicken fillet

A handful of fresh rosemary

Salt and pepper

Turn on the oven at 200° C, normal heating.

Peel the sweet potatoes, and cut them into cubes of 1×1 cm. Boil the potatoes with salt in 10-15 minutes, until tender. Put the boiling water in a bowl. Put the potatoes in another bowl, and mash the potatoes with a fork. If you think the mash is too thick, then add some boiling water to the mash.

Add chopped rosemary and chili to the potato mash.

Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and roast the chicken until it is well done, approx. 7 minutes on each side.

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Slice the cabbage thinly.

Cut the apples in thin slices.

Sprinkle the pita bread with cold water for a second, and warm it in the oven for 4-6 minutes.

Fill the pita bread with potato mash, chicken, cabbage and apples.
