Pizza with salmon, spinach and cottage cheese

Pizza with salmon, spinach and cottage cheese (2 servings)

4 pcs. Madame Butterfly organic pita bread

150 g salmon

125 g spinach

125 g cottage cheese





Turn on the oven at 200° C, normal heating. Rinse the spinach well. Heat oil in a pot. Cook the spinage gently until it is wilted down. Squeeze the spinach as much as possible to get rid of water.
Slice each pita bread into two round pizza bases.

Place the bases on to a grid, and grill in the oven for 4 minutes.


Rid the salmon of skins and cut the fish into slices approx.. 0,5 cm thick.

Add cottage cheese, spinach and salmon on each base, and gratinate in oven for 7 minutes.

Sprinkle the pizza’s with salt before serving The pizza’s can be prepared both with wholegrain pita and pita original (plain pita).
