Sunflower seed bread with walnuts and thyme

1 Madame Butterfly breadmix for organic sunflower seed bread
100 g chopped walnuts
1 tsp dried thyme
100 ml liquid hunny for brushing

Prepare the breadmix as indicated on the box. Knead the walnuts into the dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Shape the bread and put it onto baking paper. Cover it and let it rise for 45-50 minutes. Brush with hunny (makes a golden, caramelized crust) and sprinkle with thyme. Bake as indicated on the box.
