Wholemeal buns with dried apricots

1 Madame Butterfly breadmix for organic wholemeal buns
100 g dried apricots cut into slices
100 ml milk for brushing

Prepare the dough and form the buns. Brush the buns with milk and put the sliced apricots on top. Bake at 170 °C so that the apricots do not get burned.
